I began my career in radio at a young age, driven by a passion that ignited in the 3rd grade. My experiences in small-town broadcasting not only shaped my love for storytelling but also provided me with unique insights into the world of media.
My first venture into writing is a work of fiction.
Officer Samuel Preston has always wanted to be a Radio personality. Since the 3rd grade, he envisioned sitting behind a microphone and talking to the world or presenting the news. After several years entertaining the listeners in Minneapolis, he moved to Wisconsin and suddenly became a Police Officer.
My latest book is my story of how I went from the Radio, to Law Enforcement...BACK into Radio and then BACK into Law Enforcement!
Growing up in Wisconsin, Ryan Peterson wanted to become two things: A radio announcer and a policeman, and wouldn’t you know—both careers came to be. But not without twists and turns and ups and downs, and seemingly running into deadends. As often is the case, however, when one door closes, another one opens. Join Ryan on his journey through life as he learns from trial and error that just about every dark cloud has a silver lining. But aware. Don’t start reading too late in the evening unless you’re willing to stay up all night.
